Briefbox project based on a new fictional cosmetic brand.
I started off by messing around the the triple Z logo with different tools in illustrator, not finding what I wanted I started playing around with the pen tool and different stroke textures to see if I could find something playful yet representative of a night cream. I chose to do a simple repetitive pattern in illustrator for things like the design on the bottle, but kept a general version to be able to play with when it came to the makeup bag and stationary.
I wanted the project to be defined for packaging but still malleable for other things like merchandise and tools.
While the pattern is busy, I still don't feel like it take away from the logo itself, it only makes it even interesting when its added to other designs.
